the tram stops close. it is within walking distance from the city center. i found the staff very friendly and helpful, a tender kindness. facilities were clean and functional.

the room was a little hot. there wasn't any air conditioning or fan to use. the shower space felt TINY, almost restrictive. street noise from the tram was very noticeable.

the bus station across the street made it easy to get around. the room was clean and well organized. it had everything i needed! though basic it was functional.

The mattress was uncomfortable. I experienced back pain . the bathroom offered hardly any space, and the room size was generally small.

the location is great. it's very near a tram station, so getting around was easy. the room had what i needed, and it was clean upon arrival. free hot water and coffee were available in the lounge too.

the shower room was a little too small for my liking. there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, a bit inconvenient. i also noticed that there was no daily room service .

Functional Stay Near Leith Walk

convenient location tram stop helpful staff

I found the location quite convenient. the tram stop right outside was a real plus. having a tesco nearby made grocery shopping easy. I appreciated that. the staff was helpful with directions.

The shower setup was awkward. The door didn't open fully. this made getting in and out difficult. I had to be very careful. it's a small detail but impacted my daily routine.
